Introduction

Officer Command College (OCC) will expand the student's knowledge of STARFLEET as an organization, as well as strengthen their knowledge of being a commissioned officer. It is a prerequisite for anyone becoming a Chapter Commanding Officer (CO) or Executive Officer (XO), as well as for anyone wanting to complete Flag Officer School (FOS). Officer Training School (OTS) is a prerequisite for Officer Command College.

OCC uses the STARFLEET Membership Handbook, as well as several other STARFLEET resources which are linked to the bottom of this page. The test consists of twenty (20) True/False questions (worth one (1) point each), five (5) short answer questions (worth ten (10) points each), and two (2) essays (worth fifteen (15) points each). A score of 70% is required to pass.

Important: It is vital that you make sure you keep a copy of your results and certificate as proof of completing OCC. Do not rely on the STARFLEET Database or anyone else to verify that you have completed OCC or any other Academy course. The burden of proof is upon you, the student.
