I'm having trouble attaching my files to my ticket.
We only accept the following file types as attachments:
.gif,.jpg,.png,.zip,.rar,.csv,.doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.pdf
Please convert your file to one of the above and it should attach to your ticket correctly.
